ABOUT US:
Our main focus is to help our clients improve the value of their properties by providing the lowest cost solutions to improve the energy efficiency of their commercial and residential properties.
Eco Logic is family owned and operated. The business was launched in 2009 to provide Energy Performance reports for both residential and commercial premises. Since launch over the years we have evolved into more of a landlord certification service providing a a one stop shop for a range of reports such as asbestos, fire risk, lease plans and legionella and many other reports. The idea is the client only needs to makes one phone call and we can co-ordinate all the certificates required. Hence the birth of our new company Safety Logic Limited launched in 2019. Our engineers are carefully chosen and continuously trained to understand to carry out the reports to the very highest standards.
We are based in north London but can cover the whole London area for residential EPC and nationwide for commercial EPCs.

our prices:
We provide excellent value for money and try to keep our prices competitive wherever possible. Our fees are clear and transparent before the work commences, so there are no misunderstandings or surprises when our clients are invoiced.
We do not ask for payment in advance we carry out the site survey and produce the report. The invoice is sent with a draft of the report and once payment has been made the EPC is uploaded on the public database and available for viewing or download.
Please note that we provide ourselves on going over and beyond to help our clients. Our reports will be completed to the required standard .
Booking an appointment could not be easier we are available five days a week and can be contacted by phone or email.
Please enquire for pricing as it normally depends on location, type of property, complexity and location. However our fees generally start from 60.00 for a residential and £175.00 for a commercial EPC.
